Bio
Jhilam is a customer-obsessed and technology-loving leader with over 9 years of experience in cloud computing and cybersecurity. She leads the customer engineering team at Google Cloud and has driven huge cloud and culture transformations that have contributed to the success of her teams and customers. She has played a key role in contributing to the growth of Google Cloud’s strategic digital native customers across various industries like technology, biotech, fintech, EDA, telecom and cyber-security in the Bay Area. Her team works on the breadth of Google Cloud's core offerings, including infrastructure, application development (Kubernetes), data engineering, AI/ML and cloud security, privacy and compliance. Some of her core responsibilities involve identifying technical risks during migration to Google Cloud, draft and review statements of work (SOWs) for pilots, provide executive alignment with key customers’ CTO and overachieve on Google Cloud’s annual revenue target for the mid-market segment in the West Coast.
