Session: Identity: The foundation of Trust for Digital Transformation
Digital transformation has fundamentally changed how businesses interact with customers and consumers. As each new technology expands, the threat landscape and managing these risks continue to get more challenging. Regardless of the north star for digital transformation being reduced operational cost or increased revenue, it is critical to manage the risks. And there comes the Identity which is one of the cornerstones of the digital economy. Organizations that continue to rely on traditional identity verification methods will find themselves playing catch up. Identity crosses the intersection of customer interaction and experience, and our Digital transformation efforts depend on strong authentication mechanisms to ensure secure transactions and being frictionless.
