She has been a Strategist and Change Agent with an executive-level grasp on revenue growth tactics, mitigating risks, and organizational development across the entire business cycle. She is currently working as the Director of Insights and Data, Financial Services, where she heads the Insights and Data practice of Canada where she is responsible for enhancing Capgemini’s footprint of Insights and Data in Canadian market by bringing innovation and global data expertise to Canadian clients across financial industries along with building “Trusted advisor” relationship with them. She is responsible for building out the Go-To-Market strategy for Capgemini Canada's I&D practice to expand our strategic presence across key client accounts, to win new clientele, to enhance our workforce by attracting top talents to our company, or by being in the top 3 providers in the insights and data industry of Canada. She is the Engagement lead of Inclusion and diversity for Capgemini Canada, advocates for creating inclusive work culture by recruiting more women force in the organization and promoting women leadership.
She has been nominated for the 100 most powerful women of Canada in 2021. She is currently working as an Advisory Member of Standards Council of Canada, a federal crown corporation for their Data Governance Standardization Collaborative group. She is the Toronto Chapter Lead of DAMA International, to promote concepts of data management in Canadian market
She is the advisory Member of Women in Data, a non-profit organization that mentors and empowers women in the field of data management and data science and also, advisory member of Women in Technology.
She has also worked as Digital Transformation Lead in Accenture, The Coca-Cola Company, EY, Cognizant Technology Solutions and has been an identified influencer in the Data Industry across North America.
She has completed her executive MBA education from Harvard Business School, has an MBA from top 10 B-Schools of Canada, and has an undergrad degree in Computer Science and Technology
