Graciela Perez Bio
Dr. Graciela Perez (Grace) has held executive level positions at GSK, Amgen, Chevron, Microsoft, Chevron, and GE Healthcare. She currently serves as the chief Strategy Officer at WomenTech Network, a global organization with over 130,000 members. Grace is the founder of Lean Sigma Tech, as consultancy that works with companies to get good at problem solving, find solutions, and drive sustainable efficiency with demonstrated ROI.As a lifelong learner, Grace earned a doctorate from the University of Massachusetts and additional MS and BS degrees from Harvard, U. of Illinois, and Georgia Tech. She has earned certifications in Data Science, Master black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, Human Operational Performance, Professional Facilitation and more.
Continuous learning has enabled Grace to serve as a mentor and sponsor for numerous women in tech, and to serve as a leadership sponsor for diversity, equity and inclusion. This work has resulted in improved innovation and business success globally. Her work has taken her to over 59 countries and she has actively mentored more than 90 women in tech mentees - many with whom she continues to actively engage today.
