We are currently looking for a IT Cloud Operations Engineer - IAM (m/f/d) to join our IT Operations & Support Team in our office in Munich. We are the technical heart of the company, proving the employee IT infrastructure and maintaining it. We are not only solving tickets, we are responsible to evolve the IT landscape, experimenting with new services and getting the most out of the systems we are using. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:
- Be part of the IAM - Identity and Access Management Squad
- Be responsible for Automations and Authentication for all our cloud systems and apps
- Work on solution findings and execution
- Manage our knowledge base (e.g. FAQs, Fact Sheets)
- Train yourself constantly with online trainings, fairs and certificates
- Achieve high customer satisfaction level
We are a match if you have...
- Python Development skills
- Familiarity with IT On / Off-boarding processes
- Good Knowledge of SSO / OAuth / SAML2.0
- Familiarity with processes documentation
- The ability to stay calm and professional even in stressful situations
- The ability to work independently and structured in an international environment
- A good discipline, team spirit, and self-motivation
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of standard cloud-based mainstream services (like Google Apps) and comparable tools
