About the role

As a technical project manager in the Growth stream, you will have the opportunity to build the main customer gateway to Miro - miro.com, which is both the most valuable marketing channel and a meaningful component of our brand. You will work closely with peers from the Engineering, SRE and marketing teams to build highly scalable web products.

About the team

As part of the Growth Engineering stream, the Web Infrastructure team has responsibility for the main customer gateway to miro.com. From a landing page to internal tooling or even authentication services the goal of the team is to give the best user experience for any new customer navigating to the main miro.com website.

What you'll do

  • Continuously collaborate with team members across the organization, validate and synthesize requirements and translate them into concrete tasks and achievements for the team
  • Setup and have responsibility for the team’s backlog and roadmap. Rigorously prioritize incoming requests and stay focused on concrete results, drive outcomes vs activities
  • Partner-up with the Web Engineering team lead to deliver high quality web products
  • Oversee initiatives from inception through completion while using your excellent communication and project management skills
  • Establish roadmaps and milestones, anticipate and oversee risks, resolve technical and operational challenges
  • Improve process inputs, focus workflows and project management tools
  • Communicate status and handle expectations

What you’ll need

  • 3+ years of Product Management, or technical project management, SaaS B2C2B models are ideal. Previous software engineering experience is a plus
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
  • Proven experience understanding/interpreting data figures and coming up with concrete insights
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects with many team members to meet deadlines and drive business outcomes
  • Ability to communicate optimally in writing or verbally, and adapt your communication style and content to different audiences, including engineers, marketing, and leadership
