This position is responsible for building, delivering, enhancing and supporting Syniverse Products and Services. A successful candidate will have strong analytical, business logic, and problem resolution skills with strong exposure in software design processes and methods. This role will collaborate closely with other functional areas to ensure that project schedules are met with a high level of quality. This role will help to provide technical leadership and define and implement the testing methodology for cross-functional and non cross-functional projects and for participating in, and supporting all required testing activities to ensure all process controls are adhered to and completed in a timely and cost effective manner
• Building, delivering, enhancing and supporting Syniverse Products and Services.
• Design of software modules conforming to the functional/ integration/ performance/ user experience requirements and participation in design reviews.
• Development and automation of Unit and Functional Tests to demonstrate the conformance of software with the functional/ performance/ user experience requirements
• Review code changes, approach document, unit test cases
• Produce high level task break-down and estimate associated Level of Effort
• Root cause analysis and resolution of build issues, production issues
• Exposure to the dev ops process such as CI/CD and tools like Jenkins and Ansible.
• Hands on experience on developing micro services application, REST based API and Springboot
• Working experience on Apache Kafka .
• Proven ability to follow AGILE methodologies ( SCRUM/KANBAN).
• Working experience on Non-SQL technologies.
• Should have exposure to working on any scripting language.
• Candidates with experience working in telecom or messaging related industries are preferred.
• Having experience working on cloud based native applications are preferred.
