Yardi,
the global leader in the prop tech industry, is searching for an experienced
and driven Outside Sales Account Executive for our Commercial Account team. We're
seeking a top performer with a proven track record in enterprise sales and a
deep understanding of SaaS solutions. As the ideal candidate, you bring a
strong background in managing enterprise mid-market accounts, a deep knowledge
of the commercial sales landscape, and a passion for prop tech innovation.

What
You’ll Do:

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with a
    portfolio of enterprise mid-market accounts, ensuring their ongoing
    satisfaction and fostering growth
  • Proactively identify opportunities for
    upselling and cross-selling to drive client retention and revenue expansion
  • Provide administrative support to the sales
    process, including handling renewals, managing client escalations, and other
    related duties
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of
    clients' business needs and challenges, aligning Yardi's solutions to deliver
    effective results
  • Deliver captivating presentations and product
    demonstrations to key stakeholders, effectively showcasing the value of Yardi's
    industry-leading SaaS solutions

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of three years (3+) of experience in
    sales, with a focus on software product sales
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise
    sales in software or tech industry, preferably in the commercial sector
  • Thorough understanding of sales cycle
    management principles such as lead-generation; discovery and qualification;
    pricing, packaging, and positioning; proposal development; contract
    negotiation; and closure
  • Excellent communication and presentation
    skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to clients and
    stakeholders
  • Strong ability to manage and grow commercial
    enterprise (mid-market) accounts, with exceptional relationship-building
    skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and
    PowerPoint for data analysis and compelling sales presentations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a
    related field

  • Up to 30% travel required

Helpful

  • Yardi domain experience
  • Industry expertise in property management
    (multifamily, commercial or applicable industry)
  • Educational background or experience with
    accounting principles

Annual base salary range: $85,000
- $95,000
