Role Overview:

The NetApp Program Manager will own and drive strategic, tactical, and cross-functional projects and programs across the Renewals and Customer Success organization.

They will scope and create project plans, develop and govern processes, coordinate and drive execution, and communicate status, risk, and change.

This individual will leverage extensive project management experience, combined with deep analytical capabilities and a keen sense of innovation to lead complex projects from end to end.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Quarterback new or existing programs or projects with varying degrees of complexity from conception to completion
  • Orchestrate and harmonize processes, resources, and documentation ensuring consistency and visibility
  • Develop and refine program strategies with clear, data-driven objectives
  • Evaluate and prioritize projects in conjunction with organizational needs and input
  • Regularly cascade risk and progress to organization leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Drive operational rigor and execution in ambiguous scenarios

KPI's and Business Objectives:

  • Successful execution and management of the rhythm of the business activities and deliverables for the Chief of Staff office
  • Improvement in the areas of community building, organization efficiency, and scalability for the Renewals HQ

Education and Experience:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or equivalent work experience

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $196,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
