The Role

In this role, you will support team members across Talent Supply Chain Transformation and Operations by creating strategies to support the adoption of changes required by a project or initiative.

You will co-create and/or lead the creation of assets by providing input, documenting requirements, and/or supporting the design and delivery of required changes.

You will also be responsible to facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the transformation; leading and implementing change initiatives related to business processes and technologies, supporting change management at the organizational level.

Specific areas of focus will include any/all of the following:

  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications, process documents, and job aids
  • Coordinate efforts with the Kyndryl HR Change Management teams to define and integrate change across Kyndryl and tie to the broader HR Change strategy
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress, tracking and reporting any issues or areas of concern
  • Manage the change portfolio and stakeholders effectively
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
  • Provide direct support and coaching to key stakeholders and front-line managers of others as they help their direct reports through transitions
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders

The compensation range for this position in the US is $134,160 to $254,880 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience.  For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.  The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.

 

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: 

California: $147,600 to $305,880 

Colorado: $134,160 to $254,880 

New York City: $161,040 to $305,880 

Washington: $147,600 to $280,320 

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans.  You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave and paid time off.  Note: if this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following experience and expertise:

  • 7+ years of experience in Change management with exposure to Talent Supply, HCM or Workforce related process changes or transformations
  • Proven experience of consulting to business leaders and designing, developing, and implementing organizational capability solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Strong consulting skills with proven ability of interfacing with senior business leaders and the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with a broad group of stakeholders to foster trust
  • Measurement skills related to assessment of information, initiatives, and strategies
  • Proven experience delivering effective plans that deliver against our strategies, on time, on budget
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Ability to work with and establish credibility in subject matter areas and influence at all levels of the business
  • High degree of integrity in dealing with sensitive business information
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others, be flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Excellent active listening skills, Effective presentation development and facilitation skills

Preferred Experience:

  • BA or BS Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Talent/Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology
  • Change Management Professional and/or Project Manager certification
  • Previous consulting experience and/or knowledge of the professional services industry is an advantage
  • Experience with Workday Projects, Professional Services Automation (PSA), Workday Recruit, and Workday HCM (Position Management)
