The Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to lead growth and revenue generation through strategic partnerships. As a key part of our team, you will play an integral role in Kyndryl’s growth story.
As our Strategic Alliances, Business Development, you will be dedicated to expanding Kyndryl’s services signings and revenue. You will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our esteemed Alliance Partners, leveraging their cutting-edge technology and solutions to co-create offerings that revolutionize the industry. Your strategic acumen, combined with your business expertise, technical prowess, and sales finesse, will be the driving force behind our success. You will be responsible for propelling the adoption of Kyndryl's services across all market segments and countries, unlocking new opportunities and driving exponential growth.
Collaborating with Customer Partners, you will create, build, and manage relationships with our valued alliance partners at various levels of their organizations. Through these partnerships, you will help define, sell, and deliver large-scale transformation and modernization programs tailored to our enterprise customers, solving their most pressing business challenges.
Leveraging your in-depth understanding of alliance partner programs, you will secure maximum benefits for Kyndryl's deals and, most importantly, our customers. Serving as a liaison between our Practices, one or more Alliance Partners, and Account teams, you will foster win-win-win outcomes that fuel mutual success.
To excel in this role, you will need to have the ability and confidence to bring Kyndryl and partner account teams together for early deal shaping, including facilitating joint account growth workshops.
You will continually build and maintain a profound knowledge of our alliance partners and their industries, forging strong relationships that propel our collective growth. Furthermore, you will deepen your understanding of Kyndryl's offerings, enabling you to deliver unparalleled value when solving our customers' most complex problems. With a global mindset, you will expand your network locally and globally, building new relationships that expand the horizons of our strategic alliances.

Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 10 to 15+ years of experience
- Stakeholder management - Facilitate plans for the partnership development in line with Kyndryl's strategy.
- Participate in Kyndryl strategy design workshops with executives that define short-term and long-term priorities.
- Plan and facilitate Top-to-Top strategic connects to establish Kyndryl partnership commitments with AWS, partners, or customers.
Partner Management - Plan and guide Business plan development, tracking, measuring, revising, and execution. - Define, facilitate, and participate in relevant Partnership agreements and contracts, such as PPA and SPP, that enable Kyndryl as a Global Service. Partnership agreements also enable Kyndryl to Provide and consume AWS services.
- For Kyndryl and AWS to jointly go to market, partnership agreements are required at global and country levels, done separately for the commercial and public sectors. These need to be coordinated through engagements with legal, finance, and procurement teams in both organizations.
- Partnership Program/Project Management- Plan and manage programs for the development, enhancement, and enablement of key joint solutions prioritized across practices in alignment with the Kyndryl AWS business plan.
- To develop the business, the partnership requires Kyndryl to demonstrate its competence. Host and/or participate in multiple workshops with various service area owners to define the focus areas for developing services and ensure these are ready to be announced to the market on time. In line with the identified focused service areas, the relevant AWS competencies are identified, and a skill development plan is built.
- Provide relevant support to secure executive buy-in and funding for the project and regularly meet respective project and program managers to govern project health.
- Act as an escalation point for both Kyndryl and AWS teams.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Business Operations - As part of the alliance management, ensure a clean book of operations. This includes timely AWS services consumption-based billing, taxation, and charge management with AWS
- Marketing and Go-To-Market - Collaborate with the Alliances marketing team to define the marketing strategy for effective brand positioning of Kyndryl services in the market.
