Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • A strong desire to work in the management consulting industry
  • Over 10 years of experience in the Energy & Utilities industry
  • Demonstrated comprehensive understanding and extensive experience within the Energy & Utilities sector
  • Thorough knowledge of the Energy & Utilities Industry and market sector, with the ability to leverage this knowledge in anticipation of evolving customer needs and industry trends
  • Ability to clearly present trends in the Energy & Utilities industry both internally at Huron and externally to clients
  • Proficiency in articulating best practices, lessons learned, success stories, and case studies within the Energy & Utilities industry
  • Competence in operating and communicating effectively at senior client levels, including directors and above
  • Comfort in presenting and defending positions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous
  • Consulting experience is also beneficial
  • Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in business related field for this position

The estimated base salary range for this job is $210,000 - $275,000.  The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.  Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $262,500 - $371,250. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
