Qualifications

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop, implement and maintain and robust automation frameworks that are maintainable and scalable using industry-standard tools and frameworks. 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation scripts to ensure product quality. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure test coverage and develop effective test strategies 

  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues. 

  • Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential defects 

  • Mentor junior test engineers and promote best practices within the team. 

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, technologies, and industry trends.  

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • 5-7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. 

  • Strong proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks. 

  • Experience with programming languages for test automation. 

  • In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Software Testing  
    Lifecycle(STLC) and Agile methodologies. 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Experience with performance testing, API testing and security testing is a plus.
