Business Process Consultant - SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement (SAP MM, SAP ARIBA)

As part of our SAP Process & Technology Consulting at our locations in Germany, you will be involved from the beginning in transformation projects where we help our clients to overcome the challenges of today and tomorrow with pioneering concepts and technological solutions. • Planning, accompanying, and executing national and international SAP S/4HANA transformation projects with a focus on optimization, standardization, and digitization of procurement processes and implementation of new SAP solutions.
• Detailed analyses of the existing procurement processes of our customers and identification of weaknesses and potential for process optimization for the development of tailor-made digital solutions and strategies for efficient sourcing and procurement.
• Consulting on the design, development, and implementation of our clients' business models in the SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Ariba environment, in close cooperation with the customer, to ensure the configuration, customization, and integration in the SAP system so that the solutions meet business requirements.
• Depending on prior experience, taking on the role of sub-project management or a consulting role in complex transformation projects in the area of Sourcing & Procurement (SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Ariba) as well as supporting the change process in client companies that comes with the introduction of new SAP systems and processes.
• Depending on prior experience, you are responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of consultants, - the expansion of the internal Source-to-Pay community, - the identification and further development of best practices, tools, and innovative approaches to continuously improve our consulting service and offer optimal solutions to customers. In addition, you maintain a close relationship with customers, understand their requirements and expectations, and provide continuous support and advice to build long-term partnerships.
