Position Overview:

We are currently seeking to hire an IT Product Owner of Consumer Engagement Capabilities to join our Sofia team for a Maternity Cover Contract opportunity. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of scalable and easy-to-integrate consumer engagement solutions. The purpose of the role is to lead a high-performing agile team. That includes resource management, vendor management, recruitment, coaching, and knowledge management, actively providing performance feedback.

What You’ll Do for Us: 

  • Understand key business objectives and strategy of the product, and help communicate to the team

  • Guide and lead internal and external delivery teams in the development and implementation of solutions that are functionally and operationally fit for the purpose

  • Work with agile teams to ensure delivery of solutions aligned with defined target architecture

  • Make sure solutions are compliant with Coca-Cola development and security standards

  • Identify areas of reuse and make buy vs build decisions taking into consideration the TCO of solutions

  • Contribute to the capabilities vision and roadmap

  • Manage and prioritize the backlog together with the Business Product Owner and other relevant stakeholders

  • Organizes the teams for fast flow, removing bottlenecks and unnecessary dependencies in the values streams

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience in leading a team of a minimum of 10 people in a complex, fast-changing environment

  • Working in a multinational, distributed team, with in-house and external delivery resources (on-shore and off-shore)

  • Experience with agile delivery methodology is a must

  • Strong customer focus with demonstrated push for value and continuous improvement

  • High-level knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform or Windows Azure

  • Proven understanding of marketing platforms such as Content Management, consumer database, web and mobile platforms, social technologies, programmatic and analytics

  • Understanding of security and how it applies to consumer-facing applications

  • Practical experience with Scrum and Scrum at Scale methodologies

Functional Skills:

Practical experience with as many of the following as possible.  Certification(s) are a plus:

  • Business Analysis / Project Management (Technology Focused)

  • Strategic Thinking

  • Design Thinking

  • Agile Software Delivery Lifecycle

  • Problem-Solving
