While leadership training workshops for women in tech are valuable, they have their limitations. Without organizational change that addresses the root causes of gender disparity, such as bias in hiring and promotions, the effectiveness of these workshops can be limited. True progress requires a combination of training, policy change, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion at all levels of an organization.
