Fostering Inclusive AI through Policy and Practice

Creating an environment that nurtures inclusive AI design for women requires a two-pronged approach: policy and practice. On the policy front, governments and organizations must enact and enforce regulations that encourage diversity in STEM fields, including AI. On the practical side, companies should focus on cultivating a work culture that values diverse perspectives and supports women through mentorship programs, flexible work arrangements, and equitable career advancement opportunities.
