From an early age, girls receive less encouragement to pursue STEM fields, leading to fewer women in tech and innovation spheres. To overcome this, educational reforms that promote gender equality and STEM interest for all genders are necessary. Career development programs that support women in tech from entry-level positions to leadership roles can also help remove these barriers and promote greater inclusivity.
