To support more women leading in quantum computing breakthroughs, we need to start by dismantling the barriers in education. This entails creating an inclusive curriculum from an early age that fosters interest in quantum computing among girls. Scholarship programs and grants specifically designed for women pursuing quantum physics or computer science at higher education levels can also play a significant role. By providing these educational resources and financial support, we can ensure a more equitable entry into the field.
