With over 23 years of experience as an employee and as a consultant, as well as a long career as an artist and designer I have worked in different industries like automotive, health care, Pharma or IT. Her passion is to support individuals, teams and organizations to develop the skills and apply the tools that will enable more profound transformation.

I am a certified corporate consultants by Dr. Joe Dispenza, to teach people and organizations how to apply the neuroscience of change. I am also certified in the Foundations of neuroleadership by the Neuroleadership Institute and a experienced certified resilience trainer by the Heartmath Institute. I also support companies in the area of psychological safety. I love help people to aquire the human skills necesary to create a solid foundation for more collaborative, purposeful and adaptable tomorrow.
