As the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at PayPal, Archana Deskus is responsible for overseeing a wide array of technologies from global information technology operations to Employee Technology and Experiences. Moreover, she also manages Enterprise Data Platforms, Business Transformation Office as well as Site Reliability & Cloud Engineering teams.
Archana was previously the Senior Vice President and CIO of Intel, where she used IT to drive their large growth ambitions across several industries. Before that, she held a similar position at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), in which she managed HPE's IT infrastructure and technology resources while also assisting businesses reach their long-term objectives.
As a board member of East West Bank and Cognizant, Archie strives to make an impact in her community. She earned both her MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Management Information Systems from Boston University.
