The Digitalization has deconstructed and reassembled many areas of our live. The digital sphere has led us into a new cultural era. Yet many companies try to act as if this would not affect their leadership. But the truth is: For companies to win the war for talents we need to see how the times are changing, what new cultural influences drive the people and how leadership has to change in order to meet them.In this session we will review where we came from, where we are and where we are going to. You will see what possibilities arise from the use of technology and what dangers come from seeing the technology only. Saskia Listle is a Consultant, Expert and Speaker on "Digitalization as a Facilitator". In her professional career she always and intuitively tried to ease her day to day business by using the digital sphere as a sparring partner – and influenced her colleagues to do the same by using her way of explaining digital things accessible and without many buzzwords. Today she helps companies to draw on their full digital potential to create a better product, service or working environment.She also acts as an activist on diversity and equality in the Digitalization and helps underrepresented groups to gain a voice in the process of creating the future.
