Bio
I currently work as the Technical Lead Software Developer for the Artificial Intelligence Team under the Hospitality Global Business Unit, Oracle India Pvt. Ltd. As a part of my job, I am responsible for developing and incorporating Artificial Intelligence Solutions within a product called OPERA, the world's leading Hotel Management software.
My professional experience(3+ years) has exposed me to the importance of Personal Branding for Professionals and I am passionate about sharing my ideas on the topic with everyone. I have used my own Personal Branding journey to curate the content for various sessions and discussions with college students who are getting started in their careers and Professionals with varying degrees of experience. With an objective to inspire Professionals to get out of their comfort zone and build a Personal Brand at work and otherwise, I have launched a video podcast "Personal Branding for Professionals". This has been viewed over 20k+ times over the last 4 months and keeps me driven. This can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLqXJMfic9g7ZMwKQ5GyeWTzg8fj-JnDmT.
I am a regular writer on Medium and LinkedIn. Most of my articles either revolve around effective strategies for personal and professional growth or are technical in nature. As a woman in STEM, I am aware of the fact that the number of women in these fields still makes up only a fraction of the total workforce. I am involved in various initiatives that are addressing the gender gap(and gender discrimination in some cases). I want every girl, in every corner of the world, to be given the chance to explore STEM, so that they can be a part of the empowering journey that follows.
