Session: Why representation matters in digital content and beyond
When digital content is being created do you ever ask who is missing from it or whose voice isn’t part of the conversation? If not then maybe you should.
In this session I’ll be sharing what inspired me to tackle under representation by writing and publishing my first children’s book. How working in Diversity and Inclusion years later gave me my light bulb moment and planted my desire to work in Tech.
And how you can use your lived experiences to increase the representation in the digital content your company is creating.
