Session: Being Your Authentic Self
It can be challenging to be yourself when you feel different from everyone else.
It's so easy to end up trying to be someone you’re not in order to fit in.
But this can take a massive toll on us. It may start small, but continuously having to prove ourselves builds up and drains our energy.
It makes us less creative and intuitive, affects our performance and our ability to shine.
When we show up in life with authenticity, we take on a different persona.
The people we engage with see this and are drawn to us in new ways.
When we’re proud of who we are, we believe in ourselves and feel like we can deal with anything life throws at us. We are less controlling, more open, more innovative and more creative.
In this talk I’ll introduce you to an understanding that can help you reconnect with your authentic self and bring new insight so you see just how resilient you really are.
