Negotiation is a collaborative process with understanding at the core. For many the word negotiation can spark unease. However, when approached and managed appropriately, negotiation can produce incredibly powerful results impacting how individuals and organizations communicate, live and do business. Now more than ever, in a world of constant change, the art of negotiation is critical. Negotiations are not linear, they include many players and dynamics. Along with the importance of strategy and tactics, this session will focus on the importance of collaboration, empathy and understanding throughout the entire negotiation.
