Tara brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning, program management, sales enablement and technology. As an experienced leader, Tara has spent decades primarily focused in the high tech, finance and retail industries. She’s spent time managing national infrastructure operations, outsourcing IT operations, building high impact teams, executing culture changes, overseeing cross functional teams, bringing new products market and enterprise software sales. Tara says the key ingredient to success is to work with the teams around her to harness the power of the collective; bring people together to push the organization forward to achieve the vision. With her diverse background and MBA, she is known as a utility player who isn’t afraid to roll up her sleeves and dive into messy challenges.
