Estamos procurando um profissional para compor a equipe de gerencimento de chamados.

O profissional fará parte de uma equipe multidisciplinar responsável por escalonar temas críticos junto aos times técnicos e coordenadores em horário comercial, para resposta rápida do tema, bem como acompanhar chamados e distribuição dos mesmos. Também fará o acompanhamento de chamados abertos pelos clientes e criação de processos da área. Responsável por garantir a qualidade nas informações e realizar auditorias nos chamados antes da distribuição.

O profissional deve também ter espírito de equipe colaborativo e com foco no desenvolvimento do coletivo. Se você também estiver familiarizado com atendimento ao cliente, em outra áreas de TI e conhecimento em governança, gostaríamos de conhecê-lo.

What you'll be doing

Responsabilidades / Atividades

• Responsável por receber o primeiro acionamento;
• Responsável por acompanhar backlog;
• Responsável por acionar os coordenadores envolvidos, e apoiar nos escalonamentos;
• Revisão de chamados e auditorias;
• Apoio na criação de processos e procedimentos da área;
• Apoio em Double key de sistemas.

Conhecimentos necessários

Requisitos Técnicos

• Conhecimento de ITIL; Certificação será um diferencial.
• Formação em rede de computadores ou similar.
• Experiência em atendimentos de Gerencimentos de Chamados, Service Desk ou similares mínimo 1 ano.

Idiomas

• Português avançado

Local e horário de trabalho:

• São Paulo, Híbrido, de seg a sex das 08:00 às 17:00hs.
