Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced productivity and enablement segment lead for our first-ever Americas Field Excellence Organization. This role involves working closely with North America Sales leadership to launch and manage initiatives that significantly enhance their field team's productivity. By driving the adoption of MEDDPICC and Challenger sales methodologies, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) /ROI (Return on Investment) /BVJ (Business Value Justification) models, eliminating barriers to execution and equipping our teams with the necessary tools and best practices you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Help establish the Americas Field Excellence Organization to foster a high-performance sales culture. 
  • Collaborate with leadership to align on defined priorities, programs, roadmap, and execution of sales practices and strategies. 
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training curricula for sales teams focused on the integration of MEDDPICC and Challenger methodologies into sales practices in a particular segment. 
  • Implement and refine sales processes to ensure effectiveness across distributed teams via continuous measurement and feedback integration. 
  • Cultivate target profiles for sales executives tailored to different regions and industries. 
  • Incorporate metrics to measure the impact of programs and measure the improvement of sales success. 
  • Manage transformation projects to upgrade the sales organization through strong leadership and coaching abilities. 
  • Uphold quality standards throughout the customer's journey. 

Job Requirements

  • 7 - 10 years of experience in direct sales, sales enablement, sales strategy, operations management, or similar fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with executive and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience optimizing sales processes and implementing sales methodologies a plus
  • Strong analytical skills to drive productivity improvements and measure success.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to engage with North America teams and stakeholders.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - 180,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
