The Role

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure continuity of business operations.
• Evaluate and design business continuity processes based on standards such as ISO22301.
• Evaluate clients' current disaster recovery capabilities and identify potential risks.
• Design and recommend solutions to mitigate identified risks.
• Conduct regular disaster recovery exercises to test the effectiveness of plans and procedures.
• Provide training and support to client personnel on disaster recovery best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to update and maintain disaster recovery plans as needed.
• Evaluate and design solutions (including hardware, software and Communications) IT for hybrid platform recovery services, including Backup as a Service (BaaS), Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) and CyberResiliency as a Service (CRaaS).
• Perform problem diagnosis and root cause analysis in backup and recovery environments.
• Apply automation skills to improve disaster recovery processes.

Who You Are

• +5 years of experience in DR or Business Continuity consulting projects

• Solid understanding of Data Center mainly Disaster Recovery Systems, Storage, Networking & Security, Application & Databases
• Understanding of Cloud Solutions Architecture
• Hands-on experience & learning with Data Center technologies, Cloud Software, and interoperability

• Proved experience designing Disaster Recovery solutions at all levels (application, DB, infrastructure)
• Knowledge of Business Continuity standards such as ISO22301

• Spanish language native

• Experience leading consulting & design projects for DR processes, solutions and infrastructure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels
