Position Summary
An indispensable role… Our clients approach us with a unique set of complex challenges to forge strategy and operations with technology. So, we are constantly on the look-out for outstanding consultants with varying types of expertise and knowledge who are passionate about uncovering, untangling, and tackling the biggest challenges facing the industry. Our capable Associates utilize Huron tools, methodologies and best practices in the selection, planning and implementation of leading enterprise software and analytics solutions.
Skilled relationship builders, our Associates are responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting and client interface/presentations. They collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff. Our Associates gain valuable, hands-on consulting experience and world-class training and development…that translates to career growth. Qualifications

Workday Certification in Core HCM is a must
-
Experience with other modules such as Recruiting, Talent, Benefits, Compensation or Adv Comp is a huge plus!!

2+ years project implementation and/or minimum of 2 full life cycles

Ability to manage tight deadline, make decisions, learn quickly, and self-manage

Proficient in Workday Methodology

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to communication impactfully and to present at conference or a leadership audience

Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience

Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time when needed

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in mentoring others

Aspiration to learn, train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions

The estimated base salary range for this job is $95,000 - $130,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $106,400 - $149,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future
