As a member of Enterprise Energy Trading and Risk Management team, this position provides guidance and technical knowledge of the complex ETRM application suite; providing design and review of associated processes, infrastructure and systems. What You Will Do:

Participate in the delivery of the strategic direction and vision by applying broad and deep business knowledge of the Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) space.

Provide strategic guidance, coordination and subject matter business expertise to support Enterprise Risk clients in their day-to-day usage of Openlink Endur/Findur and associated systems.

Support the ongoing analysis to modernize and simplify the ETRM applications and technology portfolio.

Act as a main communication point with identified business clients as required regarding MRM systems availability, functionality and processes.

Prepare IT Work Proposals (WPP) based on input received by clients for project ideas.

Work with other team members in delivering quality products and services as prioritized by the MRM Systems Management.

Liaison with various IT service providers (e.g. Database Administrators, Service Desk, etc.) to assist in implementing programmed solutions.

Who You Are:

Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, e.g. MBA, Computer Science, Business or equivalent.

Minimum 6+ years of progressive experience in IT processes, business management, and/or project management with a focus in Commodity or Financial Derivative Marketing, Risk Control, Marketing Accounting.

Experience in supporting an enterprise level system (e.g. common system used by more than a single client group).

Proven working business knowledge of Commodity and/or Financial Derivative Marketing and/or Risk Management industry concepts: Profit & Loss, WACOG (Weighted Average Cost of Goods), MtM (Marked-to-Market), Delta, VaR (Value at Risk), Market Pricing, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Respond resourcefully to change, works constructively under pressure, and encourages change towards improvement.

Excellent project coordination, problem resolution, analytical, organization & prioritization skills.
