What You'll Do:

We are seeking a UX Research Specialist to oversee the management of Customer Experience (CX) KPIs, ensuring improved satisfaction with our platforms. As part of the Product Design Team, you will champion user-centric decision-making by streamlining feedback loops and ensuring research translates into actionable product improvements with measurable outcomes. Collaborating closely with our CX Factory, you’ll align research insights to optimize platform usage and enhance client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Execute the CX Strategy: Conduct quarterly surveys to track platform evolution and measure user satisfaction over time, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor CX KPIs: Track and evaluate key metrics to assess the success of platform updates and changes, ensuring data-driven decision-making and prioritization of impactful initiatives. Analyze results to measure their effect on client satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Support Tactical Research execution: Provide end-to-end support for research methodologies and educate stakeholders on best practices and methodologies.
  • Streamline Feedback Processes: Ensure that user insights are collected, analyzed, and acted upon effectively. Your efforts will drive continuous improvements in platform usability and client satisfaction by closing the loop between user feedback and actionable changes.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with Product, Go-to-Market, and CX Factory teams to integrate user insights into strategies and decisions, aligning research with organizational goals.

  • User Advocate and Data-Driven: You excel at communicating user needs, tightly integrated with data insights, to prioritize improvements effectively
  • Metrics-Driven: proven ability to track KPIs and evaluate platform success to drive measurable client satisfaction.
  • User Insight Integration: Skilled at embedding user insights into the product development lifecycle to ensure impactful and meaningful outcomes.
  • Collaborative Partner: Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in B2B environments.
  • Proactive and Autonomous: Confident in managing projects independently while driving meaningful outcomes.
  • Fluent Communicator: Exceptional written and spoken English skills, capable of crafting compelling narratives.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with tools like Qualtrics, Maze, and analytical platforms is a strong advantage.
