What You'll Do:
Global Sales Effectiveness is a global team within Criteo that aims to drive sales growth and productivity by managing sales tools and strengthening sales processes. As a Sales Effectiveness Analyst, you will be an integral part of Criteo’s fast-growing business. You will be a part of a young, innovative, and high-profile team. This role is based in Gurgaon, India
As this role supports our global business, work hours will be between 06:00 AM IST to 03:00 pm IST.
The Sales Effectiveness Analyst partners with commercial teams to boost sales efficiency through sales process improvement, tools selection, implementation, reporting & training. Secure adoption and maximize Sales Tech stack ROI by:

Driving process improvements and best practices regionally, providing CRM Salesforce support to our regional commercial organization.

Working closely with many other stakeholders in a highly international context to provide relevant reports and sales performance insights.
Detailed Responsibilities:

Monitor and improve essential commercial processes: measure process effectiveness, identify bottlenecks and inconsistencies, review and optimize processes, and deploy new processes effectively thanks to strong communication and change management skills.

Work collaboratively with your peers and the IIT Team to continuously improve the CRM system to optimize customer centricity, by fostering an organization of continuous process improvement for our sales teams enhancing functionality for the sales users, and maximizing reporting outputs.

Nurture long-term partnerships with key internal stakeholders to implement, track, and report key metrics to drive performance while providing user support and gathering feedback.

Keep track of industry trends to identify new ways of improving our sales process efficiency.
Who You Are:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in Consulting, Data Analysis, Sales Operations, or Finance with increasing responsibilities

Previous experience in a sales, client-facing role

Previous experience administrating a CRM system, Salesforce knowledge is a plus

Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires strategic thinking, resourcefulness, results-oriented decision making and commitment to excellence

Able to work independently and as a part of cross cross-functional team

Above all, you’re not afraid to go outside of your comfort zone, you’re proactive, a fast learner, and have a great sense of team spirit
