The Data Engineering team is part of Cloud Technology Group, which delivers cutting-
edge cloud and edge networking solutions to the market. We design, implement, deploy
and operate data streaming platforms.

Partner with the best

As an Engineering Manager you will lead and grow a team of software engineers
(system software and platform interfaces). Your team will enhance platform core
services and will design and develop DevOps tools for managing 100% availability.

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading an engineering team, identifying needs and strengths in order to help
  them excel
• Assisting in the design, development, implementation and utilization of organizational design and development tools and resources.
• Contributing to hands-on platform development activities - coding, debugging,
  and testing
• Conducting code and design reviews with peers; documenting your work, and engaging in process improvement
• Designing and developing DevOps tools to make the software delivery system
  run seamlessly
• Developing processes and tools to monitor, analyze, maintain and improve
  streaming data pipelines usability and observability
• Developing and implementing procedures for automating operational tasks,
  streamlining day-to-day work with focus on FedRAMP and SOX compliance

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• 10 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams, managing and mentoring
  engineering staff
• 8+ years of relevant experience as system or platform engineer with focus on
  cloud services
• +3 years of experience in Information Security, including incident response, intrusion detection, network, systems, and/or application security.
• 8+ years of experience with software development using C/C++, Golang, Python,
  Rust.
• 8+ years of experience with Linux and distributed systems.
