While equitable distribution of resources is critical, it alone cannot bridge the gender gap in technology. This strategy must be part of a larger, multifaceted approach that includes cultural change within organizations, combating stereotypes, and enhancing visibility of women role models in tech. Without addressing the systemic biases and societal norms that deter women from pursuing careers in technology, resources may not reach their full potential in closing the gap.
