Although there is growing interest in plant-based diets among women in tech, several challenges remain. Access to varied and nutritious plant-based options can be limited, especially for those working long hours or living in areas where such choices are not readily available. Additionally, the tech environment can be stressful and fast-paced, making convenience foods, which are not always plant-based, an easy choice. Addressing these hurdles requires concerted efforts from both individuals and organizations to promote healthier, plant-based alternatives that fit the tech lifestyle.
