This recognition not only celebrates my accomplishments as an SRE DevOps Lead but also highlights my commitment to mentoring women in tech, helping them overcome barriers and thrive in an ever-evolving field. The most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry is the constant opportunity to solve complex problems and create scalable solutions that impact millions of people. The fast-paced and ever-changing nature of tech keeps me challenged and motivated to learn and grow. Over the years, this passion for problem-solving and innovation has shaped my career path, allowing me to evolve from being a hands-on engineer to leading global teams and driving critical initiatives in SRE and DevOps. Tech’s ability to drive change and improvement in society has been a consistent inspiration for my journey.

A defining moment in my career came when I led the transformation of a traditional support team into a high-performance SRE team. This initiative involved instilling a culture of reliability, automation, and continuous learning, ensuring that we were not just responding to incidents but preventing them. The result was a 40% reduction in incidents and a 60% improvement in response times. It was a moment where I truly understood the power of combining leadership, technical expertise, and a growth mindset to deliver lasting change.
