Session: The Multi-Sensory Future: Customer, Employee, and Guest Engagement
Sarah will give attendees a bird’s eye view of how blending research, architecture and design, and creative/ emergent technology are the secret sauce to creating lasting, emotional impact between businesses and their customers and employees. The blending of these disciplines is a burgeoning practice that will dominate physical spaces in the coming years and decades. In the past, we have created spaces, like offices and retail, as four walls and a roof – largely lacking in strategic design driven by brands’ key narratives. Sarah will challenge audiences and upend their thinking to see spaces as canvases for connecting brands with audiences and telling their stories. At Deeplocal, we are redesigning the world around us and invite audiences to peek into the future of workplaces and customer experience.
