Bio
Neeraja Ganesh, a TEDx speaker, has also been invited by various other prestigious forums like Lean in, IEEE, PMI, TIE, NASSCOM, CII across the globe to deliver talks on a variety of topics. “Networking for Results” and “How to tell your Story” are two of her signature programmes. She is currently writing her first book titled “You Have Arrived: no glass ceilings, no broken rungs, no glass cliffs” which she believes will be a large influence on the readers especially to young girls and women in terms of navigating their life and career successfully. She has won multiple awards, most recent being the JobsForHer HerRising award in the “Women in Impact” category. She has also been featured as one of the 40 women who have traversed their life journeys from ordinary to extraordinary in the book Magical 40 @ 40Sneha Ganesh -
Sneha Ganesh is a final year undergraduate pursuing a triple major in Math, Statistics and Computer Science from Christ University, Bangalore. Passionate about all things data and technology, she has a keen interest in digital media and retail analytics, and aspires to work as a product analyst in these fields.
She currently works as a Project Manager at Aspire For Her, a social startup that aims to change the diversity equation of India by bringing more women to enter and persevere in the workforce.
She enjoys constantly pushing herself and exploring new avenues of learning. In this pursuit, she has been awarded the AWS Machine Learning Scholarship and Women in Cloud Microsoft Azure training Scholarship. She is also a recipient of the NIAS MAIYA fellowship by IISc.
Apart from this technical side, Sneha enjoys writing poetry and has also published her first short story titled “Muskaan- The Story of her Smile” on Amazon. A proficient public speaker and debater, she has had opportunities to speak at multiple forums and conferences, on varied topics like personal branding, effective content creation and youth leadership.
She also conducts training programs for students on topics such as Interview Preparation, Resume Creation and LinkedIn Profile Building.
An absolute social bird who loves connecting with new people, she enjoys engaging in activities with a team and is deeply passionate about leadership, storytelling and networking.
