Session: How women are changing the software sector.
We are living in challenging times, and women have a solid role to play in business in making organizations successful. We must acknowledge the challenges women face, including being the primary caregivers in society, and we need to strive to create a flexible work environment that accommodates working mothers. We must empower young women to consider computer science and coding as career path and encourage men to support women in advancing their careers. We believe that women need to break the glass ceiling and learn the art of bragging and negotiating for themselves.
Encora is an excellent workplace for all and is committed to creating an inclusive environment that values diversity and encourages career advancement.
