In this role, you'll work with different teams to create our flagship web application. We're looking for deep thinkers who are passionate about UX, design, and product.

In this role you will be:

• Analyzing and understanding complex systems and users
• Creating designs that adhere to and extend the existing style guide and design system
• Conducting and performing analysis & user research, to solve customer pain points and drive business outcomes
• Producing wireframes, user-flows, concepts, and other collateral to help communicate research results
• Identifying and prioritizing opportunities that continually elevate the product experience.
• Contributing to the group's shared knowledge of user-centered design and research methodologies.
• Understanding user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints, and being able to work within project challenges

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• 3+ years of experience designing complex, data-driven products for desktop
• Experience with designing complex systems, with a portfolio that demonstrates a thoughtful UX methodology
• Have the ability to advocate for UI consistency with designers, engineers, product managers, and executives through writing, visuals, and presentations
• Experience and familiarity with a broad range of research methodologies (usability studies, interviews, surveys, card sorting, etc.)
• Experience with collaborating closely with R&D
