You Are:

You are a seasoned Analog IC Design Engineer with a passion for creating high-performance silicon chips. With a strong background in transistor-level simulations, reliability analysis, and static timing analysis, you bring extensive knowledge of mixed signal circuit design principles. You have hands-on experience with high-speed PHY designs such as SERDES, DDR, or HBM and are proficient with spice simulators including HSPICE, PrimeSim/FineSim, and XA. Your deep understanding of silicon IP release requirements and strong scripting skills to automate flows makes you a valuable asset to any team. Additionally, you are a mentor at heart, eager to lead and train junior engineers to become experts with new methodologies.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing and developing high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits.
  • Conducting transistor-level simulations and reliability analysis to ensure robust designs.
  • Performing static timing analysis and cell characterization using tools like Nanotime and Primetime.
  • Developing and verifying behavioral Verilog models and SystemVerilog for AMS circuits.
  • Leading the design and implementation of high-speed PHYs such as SERDES and DDR.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate IP into SoCs and accelerate time-to-market.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field.
  • 15-20 years of experience in IC design with a BSEE degree, or 12-15 years with an MSEE or PhD.
  • Extensive knowledge of Analog & Mixed-Signal circuit design.
  • Proficiency with spice simulators including HSPICE, PrimeSim/FineSim, and XA.
  • Experience with static timing analysis and cell characterization tools such as Nanotime and Primetime.
