About the role

As an experienced MLOps engineer in the SN AI Lab, you’ll be joining a team of engineers who are building cutting-edge AI solutions which are scaled and supported in the cloud. In this dynamic environment, you'll be at the heart of our AI engine: Driving best practices of cloud optimisation and deployment.

MLOps is a fast-moving field and one of the most important in bringing AI solutions safely and sustainably to production. From automation in model training, to model monitoring; from building fault-tolerant workflows to making sure everything is reproducible: Your day is never the same.

Working within the SN AI Lab team, you’ll:

• Work in an unparalleled tech environment - working with the latest technologies, solving complex and fun problems, and building solutions that make a huge impact
• Support the development of more junior team members as we advance our ML (and LLM) Ops capabilities

About you

The role is experienced, so strong tech skills are a must. Most important to us is our culture. We value proactivity, curiosity, an experimentation mindset, and teamwork. Here's a bit more about what we're looking for:

• A background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, AI or other relevant technical degree
• Expertise in: Python, Github, Docker, Pytorch (or TensorFlow)
• Expertise within: Any Cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure), FastAPI or similar library, Code testing, GitHub actions.
• You’re open to a hybrid work environment; (the team spends ±2 days a week in the office)
