The Facilities Associate supports the office’s physical facilities, delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external clients. This position also includes reception desk coverage, and might include working with vendors in support of facilities offerings.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception desk and associated functions.
  • Maintain an inventory of office supplies and place orders.
  • Distribute and manage security badges as well as maintain badge system.
  • Provide prompt response to facilities requests and issues from employees (managing ticketing system).
  • Stock and organize pantries, storage closets and other office service areas.
  • Build relationships with and manage office services vendors.
  • Proactively monitor the office space for potential areas of assistance.
  • Demonstrate consistent commitment to core company values.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High degree of accountability and ownership of assigned tasks / areas of responsibilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize based on company and team needs.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to shifting objectives.
  • Proficiency in Business English language.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Intermediate using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communicative English knowledge (written and oral).

Compensation

  • Compensation Relativity is committed to competitive, fair and equitable compensation practices. 
  • This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between 62,000 and 77,000 PLN gross/year (Employment Contract). The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
