The brand specialist is a key member of the brand strategy team within Relativity’s marketing group and will help manage the Relativity brand and its strategic activation globally. Reporting to the brand manager, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our brand messaging, identity, and campaigns align with our strategic objectives. 

Your Role In Action

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and refinement of brand strategies that resonate with our audience, ensuring alignment with brand architecture and naming conventions. 
  • Collaborate with the creative team to contribute to the development of identity systems, artwork, and guidelines for both product- and corporate-level brands. 
  • Support brand implementation across various touchpoints, ensuring consistent application of brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling. 
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of brand campaigns and programs to increase awareness and strengthen brand perception. Coordinate cross-functionally to set and manage schedules, communicate deadlines,organize creative and production activities, and ensure timely completion of all deliverables. 
  • Maintain and optimize our digital asset management (DAM) system, supporting stakeholders in compliance with brand standards. 
  • Work with internal stakeholders and our external supplier to manage our branded merchandise platform. 
  • Report on the effectiveness of our brand platforms, campaigns, and other projects, analyzing key metrics and providing insights for continuous improvement. 
  • Act as a brand ambassador by providing support to global marketing teams and external partners and participating in brand training sessions. 
  • Serve as an enthusiastic champion and steward of the Relativity brand portfolio. 

Your Skills

  • 1 – 3 years of marketing experience with exposure to brand management or strategy within an advertising agency, consulting firm, branding agency, or client-side. 
  • Understanding of brand positioning, architecture, and identity elements. 
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to multi-channel brand campaigns and programs. 
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. 
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. 
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills. 
  • Enthusiastic about making an impact and growing within a dynamic marketing team. 

Compensation

  • Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.  
  • This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $60,000 and $90,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
