Remote work has the potential to bridge the gender gap in tech by extending opportunities to women who might otherwise be unable to participate in the traditional workplace due to geographical or personal constraints. Nevertheless, achieving gender parity in tech requires more than flexible work arrangements. It necessitates a concerted effort to encourage girls and young women to pursue STEM education and careers, alongside implementing policies that promote equal treatment and opportunities within the workplace.
