Ethics in tech consulting should not only be about preventing misconduct but also actively promoting an inclusive and equitable work environment for women. Current ethical frameworks typically focus on compliance and risk management, without providing enough guidance on proactive measures to support women’s career growth and leadership development. There is a significant opportunity for ethics in tech consulting to be reimagined to include mentorship programs, bias training, and other initiatives that actively support women.
