Lisa-Marie Karusseit is an experienced Employer Brand Manager at DocMorris, with a strong background in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and internal/external communication. She has held key roles, including Global Recruitment Marketing Manager at CEVA Logistics, where she built global branding frameworks and led talent acquisition initiatives. With degrees in Economics and Psychology and Management and Marketing, Lisa-Marie combines business expertise with a passion for fostering inclusive workplaces and enhancing employer brand awareness. As moderator, she will guide discussions on innovation, diversity, and the future of women in tech.
Anna Ullrich
DX Usability Engineer & UX Researcher at DocMorris
Anna began her career in the fashion industry, working for renowned companies such as Zalando, ProSieben, and Billabong. After several years, she decided to transition into the tech world, where she now works as a UX/UI Designer, Usability Engineer, and UX Researcher. Her strength lies in simplifying complex processes and creating optimal digital experiences through thorough user research. She finds it particularly rewarding to draw on her diverse experiences from previous roles while continuously exploring new professional and personal perspectives. Outside of her professional passions, Anna is the mother of two young children and actively advocates for the advancement of women in the tech industry.
Anja Dietz
UX/UI Designerin
Anja is a UX/UI Designer with three years of experience in the eHealth sector, specializing in user-centered design for over 15 years. Her design journey began during her bachelor's studies in visual communication. Before entering the tech industry, she created media stations and apps for exhibitions. Anja was drawn to tech for its dynamic environment, opportunities for innovative problem-solving, continuous learning, and work-life balance, all while aiming to create meaningful solutions for users. As a mother of a small child, she is proud to be a part of the growing community of women in tech.
Joanna Hildebrandt
Teamlead Workday at DocMorris
Joanna is a Workday Team Lead with 5 years of experience in the tech industry, specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Recruiting. She has recently expanded her expertise to include Time Tracking and Absence Management, gaining a broader perspective on the Workday ecosystem. Passionate about leveraging technology to streamline HR processes, Joanna is driven by innovation and collaboration, aiming to create meaningful impacts for organizations. She enjoys engaging with and learning from fellow professionals in the tech community.
Alena Matsiushova
Junior Data Engineer at DocMorris
Alena began her professional journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management in Cyprus and discovered her passion for IT while working as a technical support representative. Motivated to deepen her technical expertise, she self-learned coding in SQL and Python, eventually pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science in Berlin with a focus on Big Data and AI. During her studies, she gained hands-on experience at mobile.de, Germany’s largest online vehicle marketplace, where she worked on data management and developed a user segmentation model for her thesis, solidifying her enthusiasm for Data Engineering. Currently a Junior Data Engineer at DocMorris, Alena values the supportive and growth-focused environment of her team and enjoys the constant opportunities to learn and expand her expertise in the dynamic IT field. In her free time, she loves playing tennis, running, and connecting with friends. Passionate about supporting women in technology, she is dedicated to inspiring others to pursue and thrive in their tech careers.
Gulnara Pepeliaeva
Junior Data Engineer at DocMorris
Gulnara is a young tech professional in Data engineering with a legal background. She started her career as an intellectual property lawyer, specializing in software licensing and copyright. After a few years, she made a transition to working with data on the technical side. Her strength lies in understanding the business value of data and taking a caring approach to working with it. She believes in equal opportunity for everyone and advocates for the empowering women in tech. In her free time, she enjoys running long distances, bird watching, and knitting.
Paula Andrea Castro
WTN Berlin Leader, Senior Technology and Product Management Consultant at SWISS KRONO GROUP
Paula is a Technical and Product Solutions Consultant at SWISS KRONO GROUP, where she focuses on optimizing product decisions and fostering innovation in collaboration with business and engineering teams. Her expertise includes systems such as PIM (Akeneo), Tessa, and various operational tools like Catalog and Order Fulfillment. She ensures seamless integration between business strategies and e-commerce within the product landscape to enhance global product quality. Previously, as a Product Manager at Delivery Hero, Paula played a key role in cross-functional collaborations, managing product roadmaps, and rolling out content management features across multiple regions. She has a strong passion for improving customer experiences through innovative solutions and stakeholder management. Additionally, Paula serves as the WomenTech Network Berlin Leader.
