Shanthi Iyer

Shanthi Iyer is currently making an impact as the Chief Information Officer at DocuSign. Previously, she began her journey with Cisco in 1997 and held a number of positions throughout her tenure there such as Oracle DBA, Chief Data Officer and SVP of the Data & Analytics group. Before that, Shanthi had experience working at Applied Materials located in Santa Clara and MashreqBank based out of Dubai.
Shanthi Iyer has been honored with the Silicon Valley YWCA Tribute to Women and several leadership awards from the Stevie Awards for Women in Business. She is a proud holder of B.S. in Math from University of Madras as well as diploma in Computer Science from National Institute of Information Technology, Chennai. Moreover, she completed MIT’s Supply Chain Leadership Program and Executive Data Science Program at Northwestern University.
